If you haven't received the item you purchased, follow these steps:
Step 1: Get a screenshot of your order proof.
You can check your email for the payment receipt—it is sent to your registered email ID.
If you're unable to find the receipt, try the following:
For Android (Play Store):
- Open the Play Store
- Tap the menu > Account > Order History
- Take a screenshot of the relevant order
For iOS:
- Go to App Store payment history
- Take a screenshot of the relevant order
Step 2: Attach the screenshots and email us at [email protected], mentioning that you made a purchase but haven’t received the item.
The support team will check and get back to you as soon as possible.
