If you have logged into the game with your 'Facebook/Apple account' then install the game in the new device and login with the same Facebook /Apple account to get the same progress you had in your old device. But if you had logged in as 'Guest account' then you can not get the same guest account in the new device because guest account can not be transferred from one device to another.
