You can manually edit/change the Flag/location by following these steps: 

 

Step-1: Go to Lobby and tap on your current profile photo. This will open your PROFILE SCREEN.

Step-2: In the PROFILE SCREEN click on the Pencil icon besides the country flag and choose your country and click on the CONFIRM button.

Also, please note that you can change the flag once in 60 days. If you are trying to change the flag within 60 days, it will not get changed.
