If you haven't received the item that you have bought then do the following steps:

Step 1: Get the screenshot of the order proof. You can check your email, the payment receipt, which contains GPA/Order ID, is sent to the email address.
If you are not able to find the payment receipt, then try the following
(Android) Go to Play Store app > Tap on drawer > Tap on Account then Tap on order history. Take the screenshot of the history.

(IOS) Go to App Store payment history.

Step 2: Attach the screenshots and email us mentioning that you bought but haven't received the item. The support team will check and get back to you as soon as possible.
