If you're unable to access your original Backgammon Friends Online account, it's likely because you're logged into a different Facebook account on your device. To resolve this and regain access to your higher-level account, please follow these steps:

1. Log out of the current Facebook account in the Facebook app, and log in with the Facebook account linked to your original game account.

2. Open the Backgammon Friends Online app, go to Settings, and tap ‘Logout.’
